I have painted for years for my own pleasure and I have had great joy in encouraging my children to attempt their artistic endeavours.   I often gave my paintings away as gifts and wondered if anyone else liked them.  Sometimes I imagine they are stuffed away in the back of a cupboard and only brought out if the recipient knows I am going to visit.

 

Recently I decided to submit some of my paintings for sale online. To my surprise, and that of my family, I sold three paintings within three weeks.  I am very excited to be packaging them up and sending them off to a new home.
